Aloha Green Apothecary is seeking a professional Patient Consultant for our Waikiki Dispensary location for a part-time role. The Patient Consultant is reliable and possesses customer service expertise, strong communication skills, and an enthusiasm for natural healing. The Patient Consultant is a team player and thrives in a fast-paced environment while displaying great attention to detail. The role is knowledgeable and proactive in assisting customers in selecting suitable cannabis products. The Patient Consultant works flexible shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

What you will do:

The Patient Consultant duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering questions about products, and recommending the right solutions. The Patient Consultant will be efficient and organized in following strict protocol, cash handling, and preparation of products. The role will strive to achieve excellent customer service, maintain the store’s visual appearance to a high standard, while staying up to date with current product features to be able to highlight the differences to customers. This part-time role will work no more than 20/30 hours a week.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
• Actively seek out customers in store
• Assess customers’ needs and provide information on product features
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
• Follow and achieve department’s sales goals
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
• Comply with inventory control procedures

What you’ll need:

The Patient Consultant role requires professionalism and experience in customer service and cash handling. A detail-oriented mindset, a desire to help people, and a passion for cannabis are also necessary for the role. A fundamental retail sales or caregiving background will benefit the role. The role is required to have availability to work weekends and holidays as needed. Prior cannabis experience is not required. The Patient Consultant must be at least 21 years old and pass a federal background check. Strong preference for local candidates (Oahu residents) as we are urgently hiring.
