FAQs

Q: Do you offer recreational cannabis?

A:

Hawaii is a medical-use–only state.  To purchase cannabis, patients need a valid 329 (or 329v) Hawaii Medical Cannabis Card.  To learn more about how to get a card click here.

Q: Do I need an appointment to visit?

A:

No appointment is required. Please check our locations page for current hours. We are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, and hours may occasionally change. Any updates are shared on our social channels.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A:

We accept Cash, Dutchie Pay, Debit & CanPay. ATMs are available on-site.

Q: What do I need to bring for my visit?

A:

All patients must have a valid Hawaii 329 or 329V card  (digital is fine) and a valid photo ID

Q: Does a caregiver need to bring the patient with them?

A:

If you are listed as a caregiver on the patient’s 329 card, the patient does not need to be present.  The caregiver may purchase on behalf of the patient.

Q: What is the purchase limit in Hawaii?

A:

Patients may purchase up to four ounces (113.4 grams) of cannabis flower every 15 days. This limit applies statewide across all licensed dispensaries and is tracked by the Hawaii Department of Health. Your remaining balance is printed on your receipt.
