What is the Elevated Rewards Program?
How do I sign up?
If you want to start accruing points in the AGA Elevated Rewards program, you can sign up in-store where a Patient Consultant will be able to ensure your account is working correctly. You can also sign up here. Once you’ve signed up, your points and benefits will automatically grow as you shop with Aloha Green Apothecary.
How do I access my Elevated Rewards?
The short answer is, through your AGA Wallet. There you will be able to see your current AGA Elevated Rewards member level, along with your points, discounts, and any exclusive sales. For more information on how to access your AGA Wallet, see our blog article here.
You will also be entered into a members-only email audience where you will be informed of early access, new deals, elevated savings, and other benefits.
Points and rewards
How do I earn new benefits?
Your AGA Elevated Rewards membership level depends on the amount you have spent with AGA over the previous 365 days. The more you spend, the higher you climb in your rewards. There is nothing that you need to do to apply or sign up for the next level of rewards, and you’ll automatically be upgraded when you pass one of the threshold levels.
How do I redeem my rewards?
To redeem your rewards, just let your Patient Consultant know prior to checking out. They will be able to pull up your available points, or any other benefits that can be applied to your order.
The current limit is one redemption reward per visit.
Your AGA Elevated Rewards benefits are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the patient associated with the AGA account.
What can my rewards be redeemed for?
We are always looking for new value that can be provided to our AGA Elevated Rewards members. You can always check out the current rewards here, in your membership emails, or at any AGA location.
Do my rewards/benefits expire?
Any points you accrue through the AGA Elevated Rewards program will expire after 365 consecutive days without making a purchase.
How can I see how many points I have?
Your points will be displayed within your AGA Wallet.

What are the different tiers of Elevated Rewards?
How is my Elevated Rewards level calculated?
Your membership level is dictated by the amount you have spent with AGA over the previous 365 days. Membership levels do not reset at the beginning of every year. You will retain your membership level benefits for as long as your total spend with AGA over the previous 365 days remains within the membership level threshold.
For example, assume you are starting at $0 and make the following purchases:
March 1st = $200
April 1st = $200
May 1st = $200
You would be entered into the Bronze membership level on May 1st. If you bought nothing else for the rest of the year, you would remain there until March 1st at which point you would have dropped below the $500 minimum yearly threshold. Conversely, if you continued to spend throughout the year and eclipsed $1,000 in total spend, you would then move into the Silver membership level, starting a new 365 day window. You can move up/down in membership levels throughout the year in this way.
You will only be awarded a new tier’s membership bonus points and/or discounts once per 365 days. As an example, if you move from Bronze to Silver membership levels, you will be awarded the AGA Loyalty Point bonus upon your entrance into Silver status. However, if you dip back into Bronze status for a period of time, and then spend enough to get back into Silver within 365 days, you will not be awarded the loyalty points again, though you will unlock all other Silver level benefits.
How long do I remain in my Elevated Rewards tier?
You will remain in your Elevated Rewards tier for as long as your spend with AGA exceeds the minimum threshold for that tier over the past 365 days.
How will I know when I have early access, exclusive deals, etc.?
All members will be enrolled in exclusive email audiences. We will announce early access, exclusive deals, and member benefit updates through your email that is on file. So keep an eye on your inbox!

Are there any restrictions on my rewards?
Aloha Rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash. Rewards, benefits, and point redemption options are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Aloha Green Apothecary. Rewards are available while supplies last. Offers may not be combined with other discounts promotions or special offers unless otherwise specified. Point redemptions are valid only for qualifying purchases at Aloha Green Apothecary dispensary locations. Aloha Green Apothecary reserves the right to modify or terminate the Aloha Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
What if I get locked out of my account?
Go to your login page here. You will be prompted to enter your information in order to get a password reset link.

I’d like to edit my information
Login to your AGA Elevated Rewards wallet and navigate to your profile settings. You can edit your personal information there at any time.
How do I opt-out of Elevated Rewards communications?
In order to get the latest information and best experience with Aloha Green Apothecary, we encourage you to remain opted-in to emails and text. That is how we will communicate important information about your membership, as well as any new benefits, deals, and/or point updates.
However, if you want to opt-out, you can do so at the bottom of your Account Settings, or at the bottom of any email. If you receive an SMS message, just reply STOP and you will be unsubscribed as well.
I’d like to cancel my account
We would be sorry to see you go, but fully understand if the day comes when you want to cancel your account with us. In order to do so, login to your account and navigate to the bottom of your Account Settings page. There you can delete your account.
