We pride ourselves on offering the highest value for every dollar you spend, every day, and now with the introduction of our tiered loyalty program, you’ll get even more product per dollar than every before.

In order to access your rewards and benefits, you’ll need to manage your membership through the Aloha Green wallet. If you’re new to using the digital wallet, not to worry. The process is simple, and we’re here to help you out every step of the way.

This guide walks you through how to sign up, log in, manage your account, and check your points, rewards, and other member benefits.

1. How to sign up for your AIQ Wallet

If you haven’t created an account yet, signing up is easy.

  • Start here: AGA Account Sign Up
  • Enter the required information
    • First/Last name
    • Email address
    • Phone number
    • Password
  • Accept the terms and submit the form.

Once you complete your signup, your wallet account will be created and you’ll be able to log in anytime to view your Elevated Rewards membership level, loyalty points, and any benefits.

Pro Tip: Use the same email address or phone number that you use when shopping with us so your purchases can properly connect to your loyalty account.

2. How to log into your AIQ Wallet

Once you’ve signed up, logging in is quick and easy.

  • Go to the login page here: AGA Account Login
  • Enter your email/phone number and password

After logging in, you’ll be taken to your AGA Elevated Rewards wallet dashboard where you can see your loyalty information.

Pro Tip: Add your wallet link to your phone homepage for easy access.

Make logging back into your wallet easy by saving the link as a bookmark on your phone home page.

On iPhone:

  • Open the login page
  • Tap the Share icon
  • Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
  • Tap Add

The AGA Elevated Rewards wallet will now appear on your iPhone’s home screen like an app icon.

On Android:

  • Open the login page in Chrome
  • Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
  • Tap Add to Home screen
  • Confirm by tapping Add

You’ll now have a shortcut to your wallet right on your home screen.

3. How to check your AGA Elevated Rewards loyalty points

Your points balance shows how much you’ve earned from shipping with us.

After logging in:

  • Look for the Points Balance on your wallet dashboard.
  • This number represents the total points you currently have available.

Points accumulate automatically when you make eligible purchases, so there’s no extra step needed at checkout.

As you continue shopping, you may also move up loyalty tiers, which can unlock additional perks and rewards.

4. How to redeem your rewards from your wallet

Redeeming your rewards is easy when shopping at any AGA location. Simply access your wallet, navigate to your Rewards section and show an AGA team member at checkout. Your Patient Consultant will apply the discount at checkout.

5. What to do if you can’t log in?

If you’re unable to log in, the most common issue is a forgotten password. Fortunately, resetting it is simple.

 

  • Visit the login page: AGA Account Login
  • Click Forgot Password.
  • Enter your email address or phone number associated with your account.
  • Follow the instructions sent to you to create a new password.
